The first JEZET SUCTION table systems from 1983 were mostly to use of hold-down low
pressure suction, for the spraying of deacidification-liquids on acid paper and little
restoration work. Later on with low pressure suction; medium pressure suction; vacuum
up till even high vacuum for all kind of purposes, treatments and actions like:
rinsing; washing; bleaching; deacidifying; disinfecting; moistening-treatments; humidifications;
tape -or stain removal; vellum flatting-, supplying-treatments; lining; hot-lining;
sizing; strengthen; straining; stretching; paper splitting; spot casting; spot fibering.etc.
Making use of all sorts of treatment liquids, solvents; fumes, glues, waxes and pastes.
To do special treatments on different materials like: PAPER, TEXTILE, VELLUM, LEATHER,
OILPAINTING etc.
The treatments can be divided on to 3 different surface sizes and 3 vacuum generations
each with its special qualities as: usability, capability, adaptability, performance
and advantages.

The JEZET VACUUM TABLE-TOP VTT-0404Po is constructed of anodized softline profiles
JZ800 with a inserted shaped base-plate, a rigid heavy duty support grid all made
of aluminum to restrain even a higher vacuum (maximum of -90 kPa abs. = 125 mBar.
= 27 inch Hg) and a porous working surface made of white Polyethylene permitting
a maximum mesh of 28% per square meter. The table top rear side is provided with
an aluminum suction pipe to be connected with a suction or vacuum unit. The size
of the useful working surface is W x D 400 X 400 mm. outside dimensions 440 x 440
mm. height 40 mm.
The JEZET VACUUM TABLE-TOP VTT-1909St is constructed of anodized softline profiles
JZ800 with a inserted shaped base-plate, a rigid heavy duty support grid all made
of aluminum to restrain even a higher vacuum (maximum of -90 kPa abs. = 125 mBar.
= 27 inch Hg) and a perforated working surface made of hard wearing, easy to clean
non corrosive, stainless steel permitting a maximum mesh of 35% per square meter.
The table top rear side is provided with an aluminum suction pipe to be connected
with a suction or vacuum unit.
The size of the useful working surface is W x D 1950 X 950 mm. outside dimensions
2000 x 1000 mm. height 80 mm.
The JEZET VACUUM TABLE-TOP VTT-1809St + SPP is constructed of anodized softline profiles
JZ800 with a inserted shaped base-plate, a rigid heavy duty support grid all made
of aluminum to restrain even a higher vacuum (maximum of -90 kPa abs. = 125 mBar.
= 27 inch Hg) and a perforated working surface made of hard wearing, easy to clean
non corrosive, stainless steel permitting a maximum mesh of 35% per square meter.
The table top is inserted in to an existing cabinet and the bottom is provided with
an aluminum suction pipe, connected with the inlet of the separate TRAPTANK and on
the outlet directly fitted the adjustable PNEUMATIC VACUUM UNIT. The size of the
useful working surface is W x D = 1800 X 900 mm.
The JEZET VACUUM TABLE-TOP VTT-1210St + SEZ is constructed of anodized softline profiles
JZ800 with a inserted shaped base-plate, a rigid heavy duty support grid all made
of aluminum to restrain even a higher vacuum (maximum of -90 kPa abs. = 125 mBar.
= 27 inch Hg) and a perforated working surface made of hard wearing, easy to clean
non corrosive, stainless steel permitting a maximum mesh of 35% per square meter.
The table top rear side is provided with a triple polyethylene suction pipe connected
with the inlet of the separate TRAPTANK and the outlet by means of a flexible hose
with an INDUSTRIAL VACUUM CLEANER.
The size of the useful working surface is W x D 1200 X 1000 mm. outside dimensions
1240 x 1040 mm. height 80 mm.
JEZET VACUUM TABLE SYSTEM VTTFwSPP-0906St (simple execution without compressor) built-up
of the following components: a SUPPORT FRAME on 4 castors with brakes with on top
a VACUUM TABLE-TOP provided with a perforated working surface of stainless steel.
The table top SUCTION PIPE is connected with the inlet of the TRAPTANK and the outlet
by means of a flexible hose to the adjustable PNEUMATIC VACUUM UNIT. Both fixed on
